It is essential to have a professionally qualified surveyor at the scene of a fire as soon as possible. There are likely to be structural implications, electrical and mechanical service matters, and contamination and safety issues that should be assessed prior to the commencement of any strip out or emergency enabling works.

 

Following the floods of 2000, Focus Consulting were appointed to project manage reinstatement work to over 200 properties in the South-East of England. As well as the experience and skills required to deal with flood-damaged properties, we have access to those contractors who have proved to be suitable for this task.
