PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

We aim to maximise our value to clients in procuring the buildings and services they require by collaborating with them as a team. From start to finish we offer single point responsibility when fulfilling the role as lead consultant.

As Project Manager we will chair regular design and construction phase meetings to ensure that all roles and responsibilities are covered and coordinated. We will provide a Project programme and review the Principal Contractors Construction phase programme during the course of the works.

We have many years of experience in acting as Contract Administrator under the JCT suite of Building Contracts. An experienced and impartial surveyor is key to the success of a Project.

Whether administering building contracts, managing construction process from design and specification preparation, issuing tender documents, drafting contracts, undertaking valuation and issuing payment certificates, monitoring works, issuing practical completion and negotiating a final account with the Principal Contractor.
